Power Life’s Pursuits
FitSpan Medford is open for pre‑sale.
Thirty-minute, no-impact, science-backed training on six pieces of proprietary
water-resistance equipment — concentric-only, so the resistance meets exactly
the force you give it and never more. Built to keep you doing the things you already
love in the Rogue Valley, for a great many more years.

Built for longevity
Training that still works at 75.
Water resistance is concentric-only — no impact, no jarring load, no eccentric
phase to recover from. The water pushes back exactly as hard as you push it, on six
pieces of proprietary equipment designed by our Chief Fitness Officer, a medical
exercise specialist. You will not find this experience anywhere else in the Rogue
Valley.
And it fits the life you already have: thirty minutes, start to finish — before
work, between meetings, after the trail.

“Most group fitness is designed for the body you had. This is designed for the
one you intend to keep.”
Andy designed all six pieces of FitSpan equipment around a single principle: that
the people who most need to keep training are the ones most often pushed out of the
room. The circuit is concentric-only by design, which is why it sits comfortably
alongside physical therapy rather than in tension with it — and why the studio
sits where it does, in a commercial hub beside one of the valley’s largest
practices.

Questions worth asking
When does the studio open?
Fall 2026, at McAndrews Shopping Plaza in Medford — a short walk from
the grocery, the health-food shop and one of the valley’s largest physical
therapy practices.
When does my membership start being billed?
Your founding rate is locked in the moment you join, and billing begins when the
doors open this Fall. Nothing is charged for the months in between.
I’ve been away from training for a while. Is this the right room?
It is exactly the right room. Water resistance meets the force you give it and no
more, so the circuit scales to whoever is standing at it. Every class is
coach-guided, and no one is watching anyone else’s numbers.
What does “no impact” actually mean here?
There is no running, no jumping and no dropped weight. Because the resistance is
concentric-only, there is no eccentric loading phase — the part of most
training that asks the most of joints and connective tissue.
Can I still ski, ride and hike alongside this?
That is the entire point. FitSpan is not a replacement for what you do in the Rogue
Valley — it is the thirty minutes that keeps you able to keep doing it.
What happens after the first 25 members?
The Founding Member package — the Longevity Assessment, the book, the
Challenge, the roundtables, the buddy passes and priority booking — is
reserved for the first 25 members to join. After that, memberships are still
available; the founding extras are not.
